Placing Orders

We offer price breaks if you order more than 1 bag. The unit price drops significantly when ordering multiple units, so be sure to check the pricing table on the product page. Please note that price breaks only apply to the same product/design.
Yes! For orders over 200 please also visit our parent company BIDBI, which specialises in screen printing and large orders.
To track your order visit the order tracking page and fill in your order ID and the email address you used during checkout. Here you will be able to see the status of your order, and if dispatched using a courier, you will be able to track the location of your order. Please note customers using the Free UK Shipping option do not have these tracking options.
If you need to cancel an order please get in touch as soon as you can, either via the contact form, live chat or by emailing directly. Once an order has been printed we are unable to cancel so please let us know within 3 hours of placing your order.
As our bags are untreated 100% natural cotton we do not recommend washing them. If you need to clean your bag, it is best to hand wash it in cool water or sponge down the affected area.
All orders are processed and printed almost immediately in order to meet our quick delivery time schedules. If you would like to make changes to an order please let us know as quickly as possible (preferably within 3 hours) as after this time we cannot guarantee changes can be made. We are unable to change orders for next-day delivery.
Yes, you can. Just add your first design to your basket, then create another. You can then check out all your products at once when you're finished. Remember that design variations are treated as separate products, and are therefore excluded from our bulk discounts.
We Have no MOQ you can order only 1 bag, and still get free delivery to the UK! This covers all items, whether printed or blank. We want everyone to be able to order as many or as few as they like.
Our core range of cotton bags is all Fairtrade-made, which means the labour used to create the bags has the certification, however, the cotton itself is not Fairtrade. If you would like bags made from Fairtrade Cotton, we also have a range that is not only Fairtrade Cotton but also organic cotton. This special range of bags is the most sustainable and environmentally tote bags available and are suitable for those who are extra conscious of their impact on the planet.
Yes, you can! Before placing your order, get in touch with us and include your registered charity number in your enquiry. We will then issue you with an exclusive discount voucher code to be used with your order. We love working with local and national organisations, and if you are running a campaign that involves tote bags, we would love to hear from you.
Yes, we work with companies both large and small here at Doodle Bag. We cater for anyone that wants tote bags!
Absolutely. Our entire range is also available to be bought blank. You can buy just 1 blank bag if you like; or hundreds if you need them for an event or for retail. If you're using the bags for a special project, we would love to hear from you and share it on our social media pages.


Design Tool

If you need any help with your design or using the design tool please get in touch using our live chat and a member of the Doodle-bag team will be on hand straightaway to help.
Our design tool allows you to upload images from your device, or insert them from your Instagram or Facebook account. Just click Start Designing, choose your product, and then click Add Image.
Yes, just hit the "Manage Layers" tool, and click on the padlock on the item you would like to lock. Within this panel, you can also re-order layers, if you would like certain elements to appear above others.
Our design tool contains thousands of ready-to-go images. You can use as many as you like in your design. Some can even be re-coloured to your liking. Once in the design tool just select "Choose From Designs" and browse through our library of beautiful illustrations and shapes.
Absolutely, just hit "add text" and then type your message. You will then be able to change the font, re-size and re-colour. There are also options for pattern fills. Be sure to play around with the tool to get a sense of its full potential.

If you don't see a font you like, get in touch and we can add new fonts from the Google Font Library.
It depends on the particular elements used in the design. Images stored in the design tool have different licensing rights. All the images used are allowed to be merchandised (printed on bags), however, some do not allow digital distribution. If you would like to see if you can have a copy of your design, just get in touch and we can inspect your design for you.
Yes, you can upload any image from your smartphone, computer or tablet to our product designer. You can also log in directly to your Facebook or Instagram account and import pictures. You can add as many images as you like, and adjust their placement on the product. We accept jpg, png, pdf, and svg formats. Please note any white within the design or white background will not be printed on the final product.
We don't recommend this as companies will not like you using their branding for your own product. It is illegal and you are responsible for what you choose to put on the bag. Ask permission first before using someone else's work.
We can print full colour here at Doodle Bag, so there are no restrictions on the number of colours we can print. Note however that we do not have the ability to print white, so any white areas of the design (including backgrounds) will be omitted from your printed product

Delivery & Returns

You can pay for your order using Paypal or credit/debit cards. All information is encrypted using SSL.

We offer free shipping to UK addresses.
We cannot accept returns of personalised and custom-designed products unless the item itself is inherently faulty. Unprinted/plain products can be returned within 30 days. Please get in touch or read our terms and conditions for more information.
Yes, we ship internationally to all territories. Please see the above questions for delivery times and costs.

Please provide a phone number when placing your order if you require international shipping. We are unable to ship items without a valid phone number from the receiver's country.
We offer an Express service on both unprinted and printed bags. It is only valid on orders placed Monday to Thursday and excludes bank holidays. For Express delivery to be honoured, you must place your order before 11 am GMT. Orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed to arrive within 1-2 days. If you purchase Express delivery on a Friday, your item will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Visit the My Orders page, where you will see a list of all your previous orders with us. Then select the order you would like to repeat and click "View Customised Product". Your previous design will then load, where you can either edit it or check it out again if you would like to keep it the same.
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we assess each return on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to return your product please get in touch via live chat, the contact form or by emailing us directly on

If items are not delivered or delivered late due to courier issues, we do not issue refunds. If sufficient time has passed and the item has still not been delivered, in certain circumstances, we will reprint and resend the item.
We aim to have your order dispatched within 1-3 days from when your order is placed.

If you are in the UK and using our Free Delivery option, it will be sent with Royal Mail, which takes 1-3 working days.

If you are using our Express Delivery service your order must be placed by 11 am for delivery within 1-2 working days.

Delivery to Europe is typically within a week.

Delivery to the Rest of the World can take up to 2 weeks.

Remote areas of the world may be subject to delays.

If you need international shipping please provide a phone number. Delivery cannot be made without a valid phone number from the receiver's country
