Each one of our recycled cotton tote bags is made from post-consumer cotton. This type of recycled cotton includes garments, upholstery, towels, household items that have been bought and used by the consumer.

To make one of our recycled cotton bags; first, fabrics and materials are sorted by colour. After sorting, the fabrics are run through a machine that shreds the fabric into yarn and further into raw fibre. The raw fibre is then spun back into yarns to be reused and made in to the tote bag. The amount of energy, water, and dye use is reduced from using a product that has already been processed.
